Pacific coast resort
Our third pair of nights on the road was at a fabulous resort (operated by Hilton) on the Pacific coast of the country. Here we had a dry, California-like climate, nothing but luxury, and the opportunity to sun, swim in the ocean or the several pools of the establishment. The food was bountiful, the accommodations really nice. We welcomed the opportunity to spend a day doing little but "recharging" after having been on the go so constantly. Our next stop was to be the hotel in San José and to the airport the next morning.
