Welcome to this page. We post here some of the many pictures we took on an early September 2007 trip to Ireland, specifically to the city of Dublin. The purpose of the trip was to meet with Jeanine's New Zealand sister Judy, her husband Pete, and their son Grant, whom they were visiting (as he lives in Dublin now). Judy and Pete were on a longer trip to many countries, but not including the U.S. Dublin was the closest place on their trip we could join them, so we did.

The stay in Dublin was made much more comfortable by all of us renting a small apartment for the week we were there, found with the help of Grant. It turned out to be very centrally located, absolutely perfect for our wanderings and the necessary (and unneccessary) shopping.

The pictures, shot by both Jeanine and Chuck (using two different cameras), are grouped somewhat according to the locale or history of the various sights we saw. Links to the thumbnail pages are placed to the left of this page. Enjoy!
